PayPal will pay $7.7 million to settle charges by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control that it violated trade sanctions against Iran, Sudan, and Cuba.
Personally, I do not care where a person lives. He can live in Iran, Sudan, or Cuba, and so what? I also do not care what his government may or may not be doing wrong. It is not my problem.
Now let’s call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind, the deaf, the Iranians, the Sudanese, and the Cubans, because we shall trade in spite of these sanctions.
Blessed are you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God. Blessed are you who are hungry now, for you shall be satisfied. Blessed are you who weep now, for you shall laugh. Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are the Iranians, the Sudanese, and the Cubans, because they shall trade.
Blessed are you, when people hate you and when they exclude you from Paypal and revile you and spurn your name as evil!
May the blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, and the lepers be cleansed, and the deaf hear, and the dead be raised up, and the poor become rich, and may the Iranians, the Sudanese, and the Cubans have the bitcoin gospel preached to them, and trade as if there were no tomorrow!
